Where to go touring within driving diatance of NYC

I'm living back in NYC and now and I want to tour between my trips west :-)

Any suggestions? I've def got the wrong gear in my 188 k2 Sidestash's with dukes on them, but any kind of skiing will keep me in shape for CO
