But the weather is warm. Ski beard seems optional.
With the spring weather I may try out Heavenly's grooming this weekend. Somehow good grooming and a ski beard seems sorta mutually exclusive.
Some could have it if they allowed themselves to look naturally.
The Bowl has more snow now than it usually gets for the whole season (101" up top). It's been a crazy-awesome season; I expect that the best is yet to come.
I got rid of my beard this summer. I discovered there was a colony of alien scorpions living in it. They had to go. Now I love being without. I shave 8 or 10 times a day. I love the little cuts that sprout up on my skin. I've missed it so much.
Besides, having a beard wasn't fun anymore since we lost Little Jack Taylor and Captain Jack.
You flatter me, Suzy Creamcheese.
Acutally, the patch was an homage to ole Frank. Good call.
I wore my new Beardski this week at Crested Butte. I love the look and the warmth - I had no problem with goggle foggage. However, the velcro back patch is far too wide to wear with a helmet. It is stiff, and grinds away at the back of my neck. It needs to be less than an inch wide, and it's more like 2.5". I think they got carried away putting the company logo on the back.
I'm suprised nobody has mentioned this before; even with motorcycle helmets it should be irritating.
