I was working everyday but in the morning and late afternoon got to enjoy Stowe alittle bit.

This is a Saturday afternoon run down the "The Bruce" trail and my first run sunday morning where we got alittle over a foot of new very dry snow.

The Bruce is one of the original trails cut on manifield. It run from the backside of the quad to the fringes of the stowe, Xc center. Before their were lift most of the mountains trails were as wide as the bruce which is to say they were pretty tight. The bruce is a 2000 vertical foot 250cm wide, bump/luge run. the best way to ski it is fast and loose and aggresive. what it lacks in steepness it makes up for in bumps and blind turns. if you can ski it top to bottom with out stopping your probably a great skier and in awesome shape.

Saturday's afternoon run down it was the softest I have seen when it wasnt fresh snow.

Nice Video of a trail I never knew existed. Are you the skier ahead or the cameraman?

I need to get to Stowe this winter.

Love those kinds of runs. Feels like you are actually exploring a mountain.
