Last week Randy, Van and I skied  Big Red Cats on Tue, Red Mt. on Wed. and Whitewater on Thurs. Our timing couldn't have been better; a fresh 14 in. on Tue another 10 on Wed and another 12 on thursday.

Tuesday we skied with Big Red Cats, meeting at their location at the bottom of Red Mt. at 0800, signed waivers, got in a shuttle and went up the Hwy for 35 min to Cat location, did our transceiver familiarization and headed up the hill.  First run was an easy warm up and then did a good mt. and skied a lot of trees and glades.  Snow was excellent, weatherr was clear almog all day.  9 runs. Heres some pictures.  Not too many of anyone skiing as too busy doing same.

Opinion of BRCats is that they are very professional, our guide Corry was very good, ate on the cat (sandwiches, cookies, fruit and water). The only con opinion is that I thought there was a little excessive traversing through the trees to get to the goods.  Skiing was great.  The cat was for Experts and Advanced skiers and could have had a  few more open/steeper areas but a lst class operation and all 3 of us enjoyed ourselves.   $250 each on the cost.  Late sign up 48 hrs out.

Pictures are one of the open hills we skied, if you look closely you can see our tracks.  Just a pretty view.  Some tree and glade skiing.
