1st Quarter Earnings Report from Jackson Hole (vid)

So I've been posting on TGR for years, but figured there are tons of users over here that enjoy powder as well!

Here is a video I put together using clips from October, November, and December 2010.

All shot around Jackson, WY.  I hope you enjoy it!

Here's to a powder filled 2011!

Great video and even better skiing--thanks for posting and welcome Epicski.  I had seen some of your videos on TGR so I expected it to be good.  The only thing I didn't like was rapping over one of my favorite songs of the past decade.

Good stuff.  Turns in the trees with a base to go all out.  Nothing flat about JH.

Waahoooo! Here's to being inspired by physical acts I will never be able to do! BTW, I personally logged about 50 repeat viewings of some videos you made last winter -- especially the one on P115s (which definitely influenced my decision to get a pair of my own). Awesome stuff. Thanks for sharing.

How do you deal with all that snow flying in your face?  And with all that jumping through the air you might as well not be skiing.

Right on! Great video!

Fantastic.

Thanks for posting.

Awesome vid. One of the best pov videos I've seen. Especially like the apparent slo mo sometimes when the snow comes up into the camera.

Obviously, it's a dry snow...

Damn, one of those drops seemed long!

Liked the tunes too. Totally works with the images.

Agree w/Tog.  Love those shots where you can see your knees and the slomosnow.  Was that a belt mount or what?

Sweet vid, thanks.

That is DIRTY!!  Now, where can I demo some P115's in the village.

Awesome, totally awesome.  Some serious lines, some serious skills, and some serious guts.

Great Video!  Thanks for posting.

I don't know what's better; your skiing, the video, or Jackson Hole's terrain.  Thanks for the share.

Little late to this show, but WOW, that was like a clinic on good ski videography.

Things my untrained eye noticed:  effective use of slow-mo and fast-mo, subtle visual cues like after the spectacular flip and crash you give us a quick glimpse back at the cliff you just dropped, several camera placements for POV variety, skis and clothing colors contrast nicely with snow, other humans enter the FOV from time to time, a few nice static scenery shots, and most important for optimal entertainment value - there is no substitute for great skiing/snow/terrainicon14.gif
