Ski Length

I know that this has been touched on several times already but I have to ask again. I am going to buy a new pair of skis which I have not done in many years. My current skis are Rossignol 7S size 201 cm that I bought in the late 80s or early 90s. As you can see it has been a long time so I have no idea what length I should be looking at. I am interested in a carving ski as 99.9% of my sking is done in New England on manmade/packed snow. I almost never get the chance to ski powder with most of my skiing done on groomed/icey surfaces. I like to go fast making short quick turns and sometimes GS style runs. I would like to improve my mogul skiing. I am 5'8" and weigh 160lbs. I am considering the Dynastar speed 63, Rossignol T Power Viper X, and a similar Vokle model. I figure I fall between 170 cm and 185 cm but am not sure. :[*]null

I have yet to try it but the Rossi T-Power 9s is a short swing trencher. I spent some time in a clinic today with our pro ..... he is 185 pounds and was on this ski in a 156.

If you can get a deal on the old (gold) P40-SL Volkl it's pretty nice especially on icy stuff. I'm 162 pounds and ski it in a 170 though now I suspect a 166 would have been better. The new P-50 SL would be nice but the prices on that series are still fairly high ...... but without the integrated system perhaps not too bad.
