Great fit great performance

Pros: Fit and the 'I've stuck my foot into a coy carp' looks

Cons: Haven't found any

I am a 50 yr old Lev 7/8 skier (5'10" 190lbs) who is lucky to ski 10 days a season and have been a recreational skier since 1985. This boot has changed my skiing completely. Much more precision in everything I do than the old Salomons which had a 100 shell rating. I love them! They are an absolute pleasure to wear. So much so that I find I forget to unbuckle when I go to lunch on the hill.  I was concerned they were too stiff for me but was reassured by my bootfitter Craig Steadman (Bris, Australia and BootDoctors Telluride / Masterfit Bootdoctor) that I was burly enough to ski them. I'm so glad I took his advice.

Pros: Good flex, put you forward it the boot

Cons: retains water

Really love this boot, It may be that this was the first "good" boot that I have ever had, but apart from that I was amazed by what it did for my technique.  Besides the look sexy will my new bindings. My main complaint is not really a complaint, last year I accidentally skied through a giant puddle, it took 1 week and a half for me to dry the boot out entirely.

This boot fits my style of skiing to a tee.  High speed carving, tight tree skiing and whatever softs I can find.  The power input to ski is tight and consis.  It allows you to fine tune the application of hip flexion to knee to boot to edge to snow.  Coupled with Head Monster IM 85's it's an old cruisers dream.  Old knees prevent me from commenting on its functionality in the bumps.,

Stiff boot, great power transfer with excellent torsional rigidity, yet amazingly comfortable Boot fitted by Andy Burford at Jindabyne Sports Stretched to widen, foot bed inserted, cant adjustment etc I am 5' 8", 75 kg, level 9 skier, narrow ankles, high arches and wide forefoot (Australian sun and surf lifestyle I guess?) Other bonuses, easy entry/exit and replacable heel and toe pieces Update 2010 ; Comfortable all day, bindings dont even need releasing for lunch breaks! Bindings do need cranking up for gate running tho.
