Pros: great terrain
Cons: Very inconsistant snow quaility
Wow, this place would be great with Utah - Wyoming snow ! Been there 3 times and the snow - ice, sucked all 3 times. Still had fun but had to wait till the sun softened the snow about 11 am. I would love to hit this place first couple days after a big dump but due to the heavy wet snow, my experience tells me one or two days would catch it. Great place if your a local and can ski when the snow is good but a big coin flip if you're planning a ski vacation......unless you like sunshine and groomers......then you probably wouldn't like the 3' powder dumps if the big storm hits ! Still, the best mountain in the Tahoe area, by far !
