Pros: Discreet, effective, simple to use.
Cons: I can't blame my knees for bad technique now.
Over the years I've spent quite a bit of money on knee supports and pain killers. It had got to the stage where I could maybe ski for 2 or 3 days before needing to take time off for my knees to recover. When I was skiing, a lot of the time I knew what I should be doing but my knees just weren't up to the job. I'm a bit young for knee replacement work and would like to hold off on that as long as possible. I've looked at other systems, such as CADS, but they seemed to be a lot of faff, particularly when it comes to riding lifts and they seem to work best if you're skiing in the back seat.
