Pros: Adjustable, Warm, More than one year
Cons: Not for racing or advanced kids
These boots are a good alternative for those who wouldn't ordinarily buy boots for their kids and would instead use rentals or buy cheap boots at resell stores. The adjusting mechanism is rock solid and the quality of constructions is equal to most basic kids boots. Our son said they fit his fit snugly when adjusted to his size and kept his feet warm. He did not report any slipping or have any complaints - which is a big improvement over the rentals we had used. His skiing is steadily improving and the boots seem to offer the support needed and are not limiting his progression at this point. Obviously if you are looking for boots for an advanced child these wouldn't be for you. If you want a pair of boots that fit comfortably, will last more than one season, give the support needed for your average 6-7 year old these are a viable option. Like any other boot they may not fit every childs foot. The adjustability is mainly in the length and I hope to get 2 seasons out of them and will pass them down to the next child in line if they continue to hold up.
