Pros: Powerful, precise, durable

Cons: not for thin calves, 98mm width is tight, getting in and out is a pain
Good expert boot

Have had this boot for several years, like it a lot.  This is a stiff and precise expert tool.  The heel pocket is pretty snug, the arch is medium, the toe shape is fairly rounded.  I have wide feet, so I needed quite a bit of boot work to make it fit (thanks SJ!).  After I got my punches done, everything is great.   The only gripe is that getting out of the boot is a royal pain, it chews your instep.

Nordica Hot Rod Boots

Purchased these boots from SierraJim and they have since been punched, ground, canted and had custom footbets put in by Bud Heishman.  These boots bear no resemblance to something you can buy off-the-shelf.  They are the most comfortable and highest performing boot I have ever owned. This is the 2005-2006 model with a 130 flex rather than the current 115 flex.
