Pros: Very, very warm; comfortable and weatherproof.
Cons: They retain moisture from perspiration.
I bought these used online, but could find no blemish, they arrived in great shape.
These gloves are very warm; too warm for spring skiing, I found out, but that isn't what they are designed for. Riding the T-bar at Breckenridge, through cold wind that was blowing us off the 'track', my hands were toasty. They are gauntlet mittens, so the cuff goes over the cuff of a jacket and part way up the sleeve.
Finger dexterity was alright; I could adjust my boots and operate jacket zippers with them on, although 'starting' the main jacket zipper required having them off.
The outside of the thumb has a soft patch of materiel for wiping off goggles, I used that more than once.
If there is any fault to the glove, it is the perspiration they retain when it isn't all that cold out. When that happened, I just had to treat them like boot liners and dry them out overnight.
