Good bindings


Pros: - Reliable but releasable

Cons: None

Happy with these bindings, bought the 2011s on Clearance for good value.   They don't release prematurely but do release when I need them to. I have had issues with other bindings launching me inappropriately without good reason.   6'0", Type 3+, 240 lbs, like to Freeride/Freestyle (so a blend of everything, I'm big on Airtime and Glades) 45% Glades, 40% Piste, 15% Park Din: 10.5   Have them Center set per recommended by ski manufacturer.   I have not yet tried the adjustment feature to move them forward or back.    

Evolution Wins Again


Pros: Adjustability, especially for rockered skis.

Cons: None yet

For the past 25+ years i have gone with high DIN bindings, though I'm only 195 give or take, old pro, expert.   So I mounted these Jester 16s up onto my 2010 obSEThed 189s, and set them at +3 from the traditional line.   That works great for tight chutes and trees, but for the most part I have had them at +2.5 for everything else.   Just got back from Snowbasin, The Canyons and POW MOW, all I can say is that I have nothing but   great                                   ...
