Pilgrims- front side rippers for soft snow conditions
Finndog reviewed February 2, 2009 at 11:04 am

Icelantic Piglrims are a great frontside ski for softer snow conditions, I tuned these to a 2 side, 1 base and they really had good edgehold on hardpack but that's not really there fortay. All Icelantics are made by Never summer and feature a wood core giving it a unique feel underfoot; fun, snappy, energetic but not too damp.  The pilgrim can seemlessly carve up the groomed like a 70 something board but then jump into the crud, pushed along the edges and dance in the trees with ease. This is my "no new snow, left overs and groomer day" ski. Cool graphics too! Icelantics are designed to ski short, so don't be afraid to demo the shorter length first, then go longer.  I mounted flat with Jesters on BC. Make sure you double check the mount point!
