Pros: Easy entry/exit, tunability, wide last, liner
I'm an advanced/expert skier who skis 60+ times a season.
The three piece design of this boot (hinged tongue) makes entry and exit a breeze. The Dynalink ankle buckle really does keep your heel firmly in place.
The boot is adjustable across three dimensions (ramp angle (heel height), canting and flex. Of these heel height is the most important. However, it is not obvious when turning the hex nut on the side of the sole whether the footbed heel is being raised or lowered. To make sure, you have to take the liner boot out. This is a bit fiddly.
100-110 flex is perfect for all day skiing. One of the few higher-end boots available in a wide(ish) last (103mm).
The liner boot packs out quite a bit. I bought my boots a full 1/2 size too small. WIthout packing out, the circulation in my left foot was cut off. But after a few days skiing, the fit was perfect.
