2015 Head Cyclic 115 Ski

The Best - Buy This Ski !!!

snokat

Pros: Easy to ski, do-it-all, go anywhere (in the west) and any style turn you want.

Cons: Haven't found one in two seasons......I did sell all my other skis

The Cyclic is now in its 4th season with the only change being the top sheet graphics each year. No reason to change this ski, it is nearly flawless. Wider tip with rocker, camber, and tail rocker that is slightly tapered that allows for a quick, responsive near-fat ski, that feels anything but FAT.   I'm 6'2" and 195 lbs and ski the 191, which skis short with the rocker in all...

2006 Salomon AK-Rocket Lab Swallowtail Ski

2006 Salomon AK-Rocket Lab Swallowtail Ski

“The AK Rocket Swallowtail came in only one size 195 cm.  It is for slaying big mountain lines in deep powder.  The ski has dimentions of 130/95/114 so, it has some conventional shape that enables it to competently ski on groomed on the way to the lift.  This ski is all about charging in deep snow. It is a directional ski, but the swallowtail allows higher front end float and pivoting turns to...” --Cirquerider

2008 Dynastar Legend Pro Rider Ski

“My brother in law gave them to me they where 176 and I am just to big for them as I am 6ft.3in and 250lbs and I overpowered them. I gave them to my friends wife and she loves them in backcountry skiing. I really should not be saying anything about them as they where a gift and the size just was to short for me.” --Charles50

2008 Head Monster 95 OB

2008 Head Monster 95 OB

One of the lightest backcountry fat skis going, the new Monster O.B. weighs a mere 7.1 pounds. The low mass comes from Head’s Aircoat Hollow Glass Technology, which, due to the hollow fibers, is 40 percent less weight than regular fiberglass. Despite the low weight, however, the fibers have “higher compression strength and a higher specific strength” than any solid fiber. Also...

2008 K2 Seth All Mountain Skis

K2 Seth Skis are the most versatile ski in the K2 Factory Series. Designed by Seth Morrison as a single tool to attack any condition the mountain offers. The 98 mm waist width, progressive sidecut and new from last year the Seth has a mini rocker design which gives it advantages in the soft snow, but the generous sidecut in the tip and all mountain flex make it ideal for the groomers.

2009 Blizzard Titan Argos IQ Skis

“This is a review of the 2010 Blizzard Titan Argos (105 mm waist).  Just wanted to add a note on here about the Argos bc there are differing opinions on the skis, and there aren't a ton of reviews of them on here.  I just got a new pair of 180s w/ Baron bindings.  The price above is for new, non-demo skis without the Baron bindings.  About me: 35 yrs 6 feet 180 Very advanced skier, w/ 20+ yrs or...” --volklyokel
