“I had the exact scenario as garojas listed below. Left my snowboard outside while I was in the lodge for probably 20 min after the lifts closed. Came out and it was gone. The staff was very nice in saying they would keep their eyes open, but not getting my hopes up. Shady ass people up there, so watch out.” --tx2az
