Burton Malolo Snowboard

Burton designed the Malolo Snowboard to give you flotation previously only available from a swallowtail and include a freestyle feel to let you throw down 540s off a cornice. Updated this year with and ICS mounting system the Malolo can be quickly adjusted for more or less stance setback depending on your needs and the tricks you want to throw down. Whether charging a chute as thin as your hallway or bee-lining towards a massive gap, the Malolo Snowboard's sintered WFO Vision base gives you hair-on-fire speed, and Dualzone EGD construction positions the wood grain along the toe and heel edges for incredible control. The negative profiled core gives you plenty of pop for spinning off cliffs and launching off spines. Burton's Infinite Ride technology and burly 10:45 sidewalls ensure this board will ride like it did out of the box, season after season. *We can't control which color you receive, but we know you'll dig it.

Float fantastic

I tried a fish while cat skiing my first time, I found this on sale and think it delivers superior feel. It rides more like a normal board but without the back leg burn. After a day with the regular crew I was a lot less bagged and usually the first one waiting at the cat = more than my share of freshies. It's really nimble in the trees and won't chuck you over the nose when landing.

Landing switch (throwing down 540s off a cornice) is not going to happen unless you land nose manual,  and riding a resort results in unbearable nose chatter, but it is possible.

It does one thing well, but very very well.
