Pros: Fit, price, ventilation, photochromic lens
I've been using Smith Knowledge OTG goggles for the past three years and have not been terribly satisfied with them. My glasses often fog, they don't fit over my glasses terribly well and they are a bit too big. I used Bolle OTG goggles several years ago and they fit well so I went to a local shop and tried on a pair of Bolle X-9 OTG goggles with photochromic lenses. They fit really well and mated up with a helmet just like mine so I bought them. I've now had a couple of days skiing with them and they are the best OTG goggles I've ever had. The fit is perfect and doesn't hinder my breathing. The photochromic lens really works and the vermilion color helps bring out definition in the snow. Maybe best of all is that my glasses never fogged. If, like me, you can't wear contact lenses and need your glasses for skiing, give these goggles a try.
Anybody want to buy a used Smith Knowledge OTG goggle with two lenses?
