I've been skiing at Bogus since 1984, (season pass since '98). As the other reviews have mentioned, the proximity to Boise is great. On "powder days" my routine is to get to work early, head out in time for the first chair, and be back for any mid-afternoon meetings and to catch up on emails. Although the vertical isn't great, there are some excellent off trail runs that offer 1,000 to 1,500 vertical shots on powder days. There are some super nice long groomers and when the groom them, they can be a real blast. Another great thing about Bogus is the night skiing.
