Pros: rugged construction, attention to detail

Cons: in high wind situation, some air gets through around the thigh section

Lots of nice details like the internal boot gaiter to keep snow out of your boots, the articulated knees, the watertight sidezips, the reinforced bottom cuffs, etc.  I'm a little dissapointed that it lets a little air through on really windy days around the front of the thighs but other than that a very nice pair of pants with a welcomed athletic fit.  This is just a shell, you will need to wear something to keep you warm underneath.
