Outstanding product. I have the digital camo pattern. Friends say it looks "disco", but function wins over style for me. Seems a bit heavy when you first pick it up, but once on, you forget about the pads and wears like a regular jacket. I tested the jacket against a tree and the back protector spared my spine from a devastating impact. If you ski trees or near rocks, I highly recommend this product.
Hood fits over helmets, four big outer pockets and one hard-to-get-to inside pocket and one sleeve pocket. MP3 player ready. Taped seams, sealed zippers, good zipper pulls. Pads zip out easily but I've always worn it with pads. Sizes run small, so you might try going up a size.
