2014 Line Prophet 90

Posted

Pros: Great all rounder for advancing intermediate to experts! Fun in all conditions..

Cons: Graphics are a little meh, that's all I can think of!

I'm a level 7 skier. 5'10 200lbs

What else can be said about these that hasn't?

I got these as my K2 apaches were nearing the end of their run. I was wanting a wider ski for going off trial a little more here in the East. These did not disappoint. I have yet to take them to a bigger mountain, but once I was acclimated to them (about 3 short runs), I was ripping lines like they were old friends.

The first day I skied them, it was snowing for a bit and the conditions were pp and little man made granular. They cruised through the heavily tracked snow in the park and behaved like their billing. Edge grip was nice on the more skied out steeps. The stability was great in a tuck at high speed. I tried out a lot of scenarios with them. The only thing I missed out on was bumps, as the hill had very few. My only reason for the half star is due to the graphics, which are ok, but seem like they will look really dated in two or so years.
