Close to Perfect All Mountain Ski
Pros: Great In Crud and Good Float
Cons: Still a 90 so edge grip of sheet ice.
Eastern skier who always skied a race ski. Tried the Volkl RTM 80. Loved it but too much like what I had. Wanted to love to Watea but too much rocker for me. Buddy told me about the Line 90. Gives me nice float in the trees but turns much shorter than its 179 length. Metal across the top sheet keeps it stable at speed. I've cranked them up and they are as solid as my GS skis. Won't cut through sheet ice like some razor sharp Stoklis but pretty good and I'll see what they are like now that I've had them on my bench and really sharpened them up. These things are just plain fun. Early rise tip makes turning super easy.
