Pros: High speed stability, all mountain awesomeness.
Cons: Crud, good but not as good as some.
I've skied these at 177cm for a little over a week in packed dry powder, fresh heavy powder, groomers and crud. I'm male, 6' 1" and weigh around 210lbs.
They were great in about 12" - 18" of fresh powder, stable and with good float, no diving like the older Mantras, probably because of the tip rocker. In crud they were quite acceptable but they didn't power through it to the same extent as my old Atomic Metron B5s, perhaps a slightly narrower tip would help here. Where they really surprised was on groomers and packed powder where I felt they had the edge (ha, ha), over my other current skis, the Volkl AC 50's. Up on edge they just hammered, holding like vices right through the turn and very stable, even at quite high speeds. Turn initiation was fast and predictable which I didn't expect from such a wide ski. On patches of ice they held on really well, again unexpected. Smaller packed powder bumps were dispatched easily, but I didn't get to try them on harder surfaced, larger bumps so can't comment there. Overall, very impressive and easily versatile enough to be a one quiver ski.
