Pros: Stable, Floats great in soft snow, holds on ice.
I tested this ski one day last year and was sold. Previously skied on Gotama's and loved them but the new rockered Gotama's just don't do it for me. The Girsh with Traditional camber and early rise tip are great for New England powder conditions. We go from fluff to wind pack to nasty glassy ice, in 3 turns. The Girsh can handle it all. We have been waiting for powder this year but every time the Girsh even senses soft snow it lights up. Easy to maneuver, yet able to bite on the hard snow this is a great fat ski. Rocker is a fad, this is the real deal!
