The Cinnamon girl was on my short list of skis i wanted to try for the coming season, and I was not disappointed. Nordica brought some spice to the front side with a ski that likes to lay down tracks with great edge hold, and has just enough playful tenacity to inspire a girl to pop off little rollers with confidence.
Cinnamon isn't just for apple pie.
