Pros: breathable, durable, pockets, warm, good design, fully waterproof
Excellent insulated ski pant. DryQ Core is reasonably breathable (perfect for the East Coast), these things are warm and light, lots of pockets, sport a relaxed but not baggy fit, and are very durable. The waterproofness is excellent! While they may not have the absolutely top notch features and utterly bomb-proof construction, they don't cost anywhere near as much! I got these for $97 on sale. There is not an insulated pant out there at this price that can beat these. I sold my North Face, Columbia, Karbon, and Sun Ice pants.....these MH Returnia pants are the only ones I own now (I have a couple colours).
