For a 105 really fast.
After 15 years of snowboarding and geting bored on it I decidet to start skiing agaain. I went for the Line Influence 105 in 179cm because of several tests I have been reading. My last snowboard was a Palmer Crown Boardercross- very stiff, mostly going for the fall line. The Influence 105 is simiular, so to speak, if you can compare a Snowboard and Ski - good in the deep snow next to the piste but steady on the groomer, fast and stable. After skiing 8 days at Aspen/Snowmass and a week in Austria/Hintertux I am still convinced to have bought the Ski that fitted me most as a former Snowboarder. The Ski is quiet heavy and challenging but reacts sensible enough. Riding switch is still a little problematic (for me) but the Ski doesn´t seems to be built for it, maybe because of it`s stiffness overall. I write this review in Epic Ski Forum because it helped me the most in choosing the right Ski for me.
