Pros: stable, nimble, poppy, grippy
I tested this ski in March 2011 at the S.I.G.B. ski test and loved it, amazing stability on fast descents (Bormio downhill run Italy) this maybe down to a little extra width underfoot (73mm) combined with a full wood core giving torsional strength. In variable terrain it was lovely, nice and bouncy for me a lighter skier enabling me to pop over the cruddy and muddy. Short turns were nice and scarvey that is skidded but with high edge angles giving bags of grip tails pretty much following the line of the tip and all of this without having to wear yourself out with the effort.
Blizzard have not had a great name in the UK for a few years but that is going to change believe me other skis in the range are equally impressive
each year we test all brands in all categories and this for me is the best piste ski for 2012.
if you get the chance definitely worth a try
