Pros: Light and fluffy, very stable, surprisingly manoueverable
Cons: I can't tink of any
My biggest caution: I don't know how on earth they are measuring these things. A 183 barely measures 180. I would have purchased a longer pair online had I known this.
But this is the only complaint I have. I have a Dynastar Speed Course Pro GS in a 188 and an Elan GSX race ski in a 188 as well. Both have bindings superior to the old pair of Marker 9.1 race series bindings that I slapped on to these things. However, because these Race Tigers are so light and skiable, they became my "go to" ski for daily use. I bogged down in crusty powder one day and hit a tree in the woods and occasionally shied away from some of the deepest trenches in the bumps, but on the whole, these skis were a fairly dependable all mountain ski for me last year.
As I mentioned, they are light ... far lighter than my other GS skis. They also feel very "woody", as if just beneath the titanium there is a very nice cambered grain of ash or boxwood or whatever they throw into these things.
