I loved, loved loved this ski!!! (2007/2008 edition) I demoed this ski in both the 154cm and the 161cm lengths and found distinct differences in their stability at speed and forgiveness (probably only really noticeable because I did these demos back-to-back). The Fuego (spanish for Fire) is a little spitfire. It's a bouncy, poppy little carver that dances down the mountain with aplomb. It happily and speedily made short, medium, and even long turns without a hitch. It has that legendary Volkl edge grip, perfect for east coast or midwest "hardpack" (aka ice).
