Pros: Rebound on groomed trails; edges to cut through variable conditions; can handle all terrain types
Cons: Not good in powder; on challenging technical terrain, not a very responsive or flexible ski
In powder, though, the Bandits are not stellar. Because they are a narrow ski with pretty substantial edges they tend to sink down in the pow and it makes it tough. Hard to get that sailing feeling you can get on powder skis. But if you don't have much $$$ for specialized skis and want something you can use no matter what the conditions, the Bandit X is a good find.
