Pros: Powder. Powder. Powder. Solitude receives Utah's light, dry, fluffy, powder in the range of both Alta and Snowbird. Inexpensive. Uncrowded.
Cons: It's finest terrain lies in an adjacent canyon called Honeycomb. Most of the EPIC terrain, however, is really hard to access without lots of hiking.
Solitude is Utah's hidden gem. Vastly under skied compared to famous resorts such as Alta, Deer Valley, Park City, or Snowbird, Solitude has what it takes to make a ski trip to Utah outstanding.
