Thanks, and I am open to any and all offers, as I do not expect to get out of it what I have into it.  I will not use it and the kids I coach do not fit into it.  It is a great looking suit.... 
What ski are we talking about?  The team I coach and tune for has been using Volkl's for a while now and the only broken tip I have seen is from a crash.  I often have a ski or two that de-laminates from getting slapped by...

Happened to my wife's skis too after running them over my base grinding machine. The bases basically formed some bubbles in the middle of the ski. Volkl eneded up giving me a new ski....
Every race ski that I get in my shop goes over the belt to square the ski up... If they are a true race ski chances are the edges are square and you will need to set the angle you want...
Aside from normal conditioning with weights, bikes and swimming..... I have the kids I coach do lots and lots of balancing exercises. You need nothing fancy and it can be done anywhere....
