A drill I like to use for femur rotation (other than the ubiquitous pivot slips) is skate to shape. It's a pretty clunky drill if you don't allow some rotation of the femur.
It has the carbon EDT screwed in from the bottom. Looks very much like the older Dobie from before the Aggressor. I'll be in a pair next year for sure.
