So I've been buying new gear recently and I got a pair of compression pants. But now I'm a little confused... Should I wear my compression pants over my ski socks? Or should I wear my ski socks over my compression pants? =S

Socks on top.  Your compression pants won't be thick enough to notice once you get going, unless they have a really thick cuff at the bottom.  What some people also do is slide the bottom of the pants up to the top of the socks, or trim them pants to make them 3/4 pants.

If your pants bunch in the boot it will make for a very uncomfortable day.  Advice above is best, fold the pants up so they clear the top of the boot and only have the sock in the boot.  I've done it both ways and this is the most reliable and comfortable.

I bought 3/4 pants to avoid this problem, that's worked really well. Except for what you look like walking around before you put your ski pants on, that's pretty awful.

No socks.  Pants over boots.
