I have Volkl Racetiger GS skis from last year in a 187 (true 185) that would be perfect as a Jr SG ski. Brand new in the wrapper. I could do the prep work (fibertexting, set bevels, pull sidewall, shape the topsheets, and hotbox) if you want too. Let me know if you are interested.

For J4, all you need is his GS skis. Even for a real jr SG ski, it's probably best to stay close to 175cm for a 100 lb 11-12yo.
