Coaching again after a 9 year hiatus!

After 9 years off, coaching a HS race team again!!  Been skiiing compettively in a beer league and coaching adults (and my toddlers).  Looking forward to getting going with the kids.  Anybody got any good ideas / drill to jump start me????

USSA's Eastern office has some tools for coaches available online at http://www.ussaeast.org/.  There are also some coaching clinics scheduled or the east in the next few weeks. Good luck this season!
