Liners: Zipfit World Cup vs. Doberman leather race

Friends, I am wondering if anyone has ever used both the leather lace up liner that goes with the Doberman plug boots and the Zipfit World Cup.
I have a three year old pair of Doberman leather race liners that I used with my Tecnica plugs. I just got a pair of Doberman Pro 130's which come with a conventional liner. It is pretty good, but the Dobie leather liner just has a better feel and grip. Maybe because it is leather. Or maybe I just like the feel of leather against my skin.....
But those leather liners offer little insulation and they are going to be a whole lot colder than the stock foams that came with the Pro's. Was wondering if the Zips will have the feel of the leather liners, but have more warmth? Any thoughts on a foot-to-foot comparison would be appreciated.
Was also wondering if the World Cup is ok in a 98mm shell. The Dobie leather liner swims just a little. Thanks.

very individual thing, but i find the zip fit a bit wormer than the stock liner that came in my raptors, depending on your foot volume the zip fit Word cup or the new world cup Gara may work well for you, they are available with a leather linign too if you really want..... IMO the leather is a PITA to look after as when it gets wet if it is dried too quickly it goes hard and can crack... i find the neotex gives a great grip round the foot...but as i said a very personal thing

I have not used either.

If you want another lace up, nordica liner, I have some new ones avail for $200ish.

I've skied Zips on and off for years and agree with CEM.  I think you will find the Zips warmer than the Dobie liners.  Can;t comment on feel as I think it is individual.  The Zips do have more structure and stiffness than the Dobie.
