Uphill with no pedaling

finally got a nice day to take some video at the local park here. Just messing around on the BMX track.

first pass is uphill, if it werent for the turn I might be able to keep going.

good side view going downhill, notice the amount of flexion and extentsion, and also how far over the front of the bike you have to get on the intial push down on the backside. There is alot of crossover to mogul skiing IMO.

doing 30 minutes a day each day I ride to practice pumping(shown) manuals and doubling the smaller gaps has made me a much faster trail rider. its also fun and you get a cardio work out despite never pedaling. Something to think about next year when you guys start to get back on bike again.

Every community should have either a bmx track with liberal practice hours or a pump track, thumbs up.  www.leelikesbikes.com is a good link for lots of pumping info.
