Anybody rocking a farbag?

I thought it might be worthwhile to grab a 1pice snow suit for deep days or when its really cold. Some of the new fartbags seem pretty solid and are only about as much $$ as a nice parka.

Example of what I am talking about

Anyone else rocking a one piece are you happy with it for resort skiing?

Don't know about all the one piece suits but I use a gortex north face one piece which is an older model and the use of a shell is great for layoring.

 On a nother mater, I just had my new sultan 85s mounted with some griffins and the mounting looks to forward on the ski.  It was mounted at REI.  The boot center is a little more than an inch beyond an indicator on the top sheet which resembles a circle with a line through it and the letters 41.  Have they missed the mark.  Does anyone out there know where the boot center would be indicated on Dynastars?

I finally retired my old fartbag a couple of seasons ago.  It got very dated looking and I got tired of funny looks in the lift line.  I still miss it.  Great for deep powder and cold days.  Lots of pockets and storage.  Oh well, until they become in style again...

On really deep days it is the only way to to go.  Nothing like being completely powder poof. You can't get snow in your pants, if you're not wearing any pants!

Mine died well, long long ago.  Roomie 'barrowed it' and hugged a large tree doing a fair clip at A-Basin.  He got a ride to ICU, suit had blown out seams in every direction.  We were back at the Basin 3 days later.

Growing old is mandatory.  Growing up is optional.

Get one of the snowsuits that don't look like snowsuits. The product you showed is an example. I noticed a lot of the snowsuits advertised really don't look like the old one-piece seetups.

I never liked them, found them too constraining on movement.  Also, difficult to vent when over heated doing active skiing.  But that was the old days.  I'm sure newer one-pieces are more versatile.  However, they were always good for skiing groomers on real cold days. I used an old "snowmobile suit" on a very cold day in 2003 (photo from that day at Whitetail, PA attached).  First time it had seen action on the slopes in probably 15-20 years.  It's a hand-me-down and has been in the family since the 1970s:

I think the newer ones have such trendy colors/patterns that I wouldn't want to wear it in a year (or now actually). I haven't seen them in solid colors (different color top/bottom but no crazy fad pattern).

Here is my classic NF I wore occasionally in the early 90s.

some people use a one piece, Underarmor, first layer for extreme cold and powder. say it makes a huge difference. I think that's the brand.

I know a one piece suit would not fork for me. The way I am constantly shedding and reapplying layers it would be a pain.

I was happy to find out my roommate does have a nice one piece to use with his monoski. I don't think you can monoski in anything but a one piece.

No one cares that you tele.

The one I linked is pretty ugly. I think there are a few others around from TNF which are a bit more tasteful. But I am looking more for functionality than styleing.
