Gate drills document for developpement skiers

Hi ,


I'm looking to obtain different gate drills for young skiers.

I had a big document (paper) from CSCF back in the day, but can't find it from the web.

Any other link would be appreciated too.

Somewhere there is a good progression-type video from CSCF that shows them training young racers to ski slalom. It is pretty good footage, and shows some very good skiing from really young kids. I'll see if I can dig it up. Hopefully BigE will chime in... I know he knows where it is hosted...

Well, look up a few drills which are called: Corridor, street, rake, hourglass, gate-forest and maybe the apex drill, but this one is tough to set up correctly.
