Does anybody have 08 Public Enemys mounted at +3?

I have been looking throught threads and I can't find anybody that has Public Enemys mounted at +3 with PX12 Ti bindings.  I want these to ski about 60% on the mountain and 40% in the park.  I wan't good grip on ice because I am from the east. Does anybody have this setup?
