Hopefully the Yankees will have beat the Phillies in game 1 of the series before Lindsey Vonn is on the tonight show.        If not, that is why god invented DVR .

Great interview by Lindsey.  If you missed it you can go to the video here.  H'mm Driving 150 MPH on the Audubon. Why doesn't that surprise me. 

Hopefully we can get more excitement here in the states about ski racing.

I saw her a couple of weeks back on the Today Show and she looked good in jeans and a sweater. Last night she was in a black dress and looked awesome! She sounded more intellingent than Conan too.

She's a great ambassador for the USST, and for skiing. Has always seemed very genuine. We'll be seeing a lot of her leading up Vancouver. She's obviously a very attractive young lady, and unless you have seen her in person, most don't realize how tall she is. That struck me again last night. Conan is 6'4", some say 6'5". With her 4" {or whatever size} heels, LV was pretty much eye to eye with him when they greeted each other after her introduction. I hope that she focus through what will be enormous media attention and do well in Vancouver.

And yep, cruising 150mph in a 600hp Audi RS6 Avant would be a kick. Even better when the car is given to you for the season!

Great interview, amusing aswell.

I loved it when she was talking about her RS6 and Conan was like, "I have a Taurus SHO"

The green SHO is legendary, and evidently when he was based in NY, that really was Conan's ride. I think it's in LA to use as prop on the show every now ant then. Some classic video on it, probably on YouTube. Not exactly kept in "mint" condition! One of the really special perks of being a WC star on the USST is the Audi for the season. Particularly one like hers, which will never make it to the import list in the US. If I could have any car on the planet it would be an RS6 Avant: 600+hp, 6 speed w/quattro, and some room.

Ha, Conan is a pro.  Any lack of intelligence you pick up is most definitely self deprecating humor.

The previous Rs6 was available here, and most likely the new one will be also.  Unfortunately, Audi does not think the Avant will sell here, and they are most likely right, although I am sure they could sell 400-500.

So you can't buy the wagon, but you sure can get something close!


I think Vonn looked and sounded great!

 Conan was his high-school valedictorian and went to Harvard, so he's a pretty smart guy.
