Blizzard IQ system

I was watching some videos on youtube (name of videos at bottom) and was had a few questions that needed answered:

Are there any durability issues with only one screw holding you into the ski?
Are there any negatives of the IQ system?
Is this more expensive than a normal binding setting? If so how much?
This sounds awesome. Is it?
Kind of off the subject of the IQ system but what do you guys think of the Answer?
And please fill me in on anything else that I need to know.

Just checking that I have this right about the IQ sliding system. You can have more than one binding for the same ski. Or you can have one binding for multiple skis. And it is very easy to switch the bindings, just turn a screw and slide it out. Right?

The IQ has been around for a couple of years and has won much accolades from the press in both ski and technical areas. I think the beauty is in its simplicity and I have found it works quite well. What you can do is have the flexibility to use the same binding on multiple skis or multiple skis with the same binding or multiple skis with multiple bindings.

Are there any negatives of the IQ system? Yes, other brands don't have it!
Is this more expensive than a normal binding setting? If so how much? Extra plates retail for $65
