Volkl Gotama's 2008/2009 Brand New, Never Used with Jester Bindings

I have a pair of the 2008/2009 Volkl Gotama's for sale that I never got to use last season - never touched snow!!  They are mounted with Marker Jester bindings (again, new, never used) in 168 size.  Looking to get $675 and includes free shipping.  Paypal only.  Thanks.

 These may have "never been used" but if there are holes in the ski they are definitely not "Brand New."  Just sayin...

JayPowHound - I understand what you are saying about being mounted, but I just wanted to make sure that everyone understood that neither the ski or binding were ever used.  So, I stand corrected that they have never been used and meant brand, new condition.  Thanks.

You might want to double check that.  I suspect you have the interior (mondopoint) rather than exterior (BSL) dimensions.  A 255mm BSL equates to a women's size 4, maybe 5.

 168 Gotama is what I skied at BigSky, but IMHO 675 is a bit out of my price range.
The BSL would work for me too

CarlG, I'm not harshen you for your listing, because you have to get what you have to get, but 168  is a ski for a small man or a woman and Kikus (WS version of Gotama) can be had in the wrapper for half that price.
You may want to consider reasonable offers.

You may be better able to sell skis and and bindings separately.
Jester and Duke Bindings are in high demand, and the short Gotama would make a good girlfriend/wife or kids ski with a cheaper binding.

As far as pricing goes, it's a question of a willing seller finding a willing binder.  I wish you luck in finding a short woman who's really dying to own a pair of the older, non-rockered, Goats.  And who really wants the Tokyo Whorehouse graphics featured on the 08/09.  I, like Trekchick, doubt that she's going to pay half your asking price.

Nord's suggestion to split is probably the wisest course.  The Jesters should bring $200-225 in a private party sale.  You might be able to get $250 for the unskied Goats.

Sorry about that, the BSL is 295.  As far as the 168 size, sorry - I did not get the long end of the genetic pool - I am 5'4" and they are a perfect size for me, but of no use in the East.  Have a few people who were interested in the package for $600.  Will let you know if they sell.

I'm around a 295 BSL, but can't really go over 2 bills for skis and bindings including shipping.  At 5' 4" I think you should keep them.  $600 isn't outrageous, but it isn't a drop dead awesome deal either.  Keep them and hope for a big dump or two this season out East.  I would like an opportunity to try out my 999s too!

But c'mon I gotta give you some crap. I'm from Michigan.  You have more reason for a Goat in the east than I do in Michigan.
I am 5'6" 130 ish lbs, and I skied the 168 Goat at Big Sky.  LOVED it!  I hope you can get what you want out of them, but if not, keep 'em and have some fun on those amazing dump days!
