Welcome.
I haven't skied these.
For anyone to really help you they are going to want more information. Try height, weight, skiing ability, where you plan to use it, how you plan to use it, what you want out of it (i.e., what do you mean by all-mountain), whether this is going to be your only ski, etc. See the following thread for an example: http://www.epicski.com/forum/thread/86399/california-all-around
You might also try a search to find specific threads where people talked about one or both of the skis, and you can get a great deal of information that paints the picture of these two different skis. My understanding is that the Blizzi is a stiffer ski than the Dynastar and is more biased to on-piste than the Dynastar.
