Just wondering if someone can give me some 'expert' advice, preferably someone with experience on these skis.
Looking into Salomon Lord 177 or 185...
I'm 6'5, 200 lbs, so I'm really thinkin 185 on account of my size, however, on a bunch of other forums I've read people using 177s even at close to my height and weight.
I'm about a 65/35 on piste/off piste skier, goin to the alps this year (Val Thorens 2 weeks, Les Orres 3 weeks). I'm probably a level 8 skier, just got a helmet so I'm gonna be pushing it this year, haha, but yeah, no interest in park or jumps. I've been on carvers all my life (most of it anyways), but want some midfat twin tips that float a hell of a lot better than any heavy, stiff carve ski.
Any advice?
