Voodoo 110 binding location

Just picked up a pair of Rossi Voodoo 110s.  They have 3 binding positions listed, 3 cm back, center, and 3 cm forward.  The center position is designated the jib position.  I'm not a jibber, and just want a great pow ski.  The dealer told me to mount the bindings in the center jib position anyway because its the most centered.   I'm not sure that'st the best way to go. Does anyone have any feedback specific to these skis?

 I just bought the S7 (same thing) I am mounting it at +3 with a Jester so I can adjust from 0 to +6. I demoed them at 0 can't see wanting to go behind that.
